It's the concept that I passionately embrace in my life. And that I try to add to yours.
And I love that Paul Chek gets so passionate about it, too!
Let me tell you... even if you think that he goes off on a couple random tangents, that his extreme animation is frightening, or that he's a bit crazy for lecturing shirtless... you've got to admit that he's got A LOT of valid points about the state of our society's health.
