Great news!
I've decided to create a series of videos that outline the pet peeves I have about working out in a gym. Since I basically spend most of my time in gyms, I tend to see a lot of mistakes being made. And I want to stop those annoying mistakes before anyone else gets hurt!!

Great idea with the video series, it really helps people (me) with the visual aspect of the right and wrong way. It’s good because so many people (me) don’t know what there’re doing at the gym and end up hurting themselves, then their out for the next six months eating bonbon’s and Twinkies while watching a marathon of COPS. Okay enough said….Good Job again!!!
Seeing makes doing so much easier. Doing an exercise not only hurts the body, but you lack the benefit to the body part you are suppose to be working. Looking forward to more beneficial videos!
