Your turn - Question of the Week

Today's interactive question is prompted by one of my reader's comments to last week's question. But I'm gonna throw in a little twist.

Your question...
BESIDES ABS - WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE BODY PART TO TRAIN?

And if you don't really know, just think about the exercises you enjoy doing, and determine what area of the body is consistent b/w those fav exercises.

Give me some good answers, folks!!

It's all about the quads and glutes! ALL HAIL THE LEG PRESS!!!

I was going to say my brain ... but only a stuck-up, flabby couch-tater would say something like that, tryin' to kill all the fun! >:-(

Puzzling question: as in - aside from abs - which body part do I most enjoy getting results with, or which body part training makes me giddy?

Calf training for results (luuuuvs me some calves!). Giddyness? Certain triceps training makes me silly as a schoolgirl (but in a very manly way *ahem*).

Tom, I coulda guessed you were gonna say that! You are a leg press MACHINE!

Moose, I guess your reason for loving to train something isn't quite important for this post - you can love to train a body part for any ole' reason. But I would like to see that "giddy as a schoolgirl" reaction! It's a shame I didn't get to see you do ring dips last week...

Me... I loves to work me glutes! And anyone who trains w/ me will agree!

I gotta say, out of all my fantastic man parts I work on, I really love working out my pectorals aka The Pecks aka The Chest…. Although I do like working on my massive biceps, I got to admit I can do incline and decline bench and butterfly’s all day. But now that I’m cracked out on cross-fit I really don’t do much weight training any more. So it’s all about the core strength now!!!

I have to say arms. I like the way they feel afterwards and I love the way they look. I stare at my triceps, biceps, and shoulders while I workout. Kim, is that bad form? ;)

No way, Tara!
Self-love is totally acceptable in the gym...
As long as you aren't flexing and kissing your biceps every chance you get. Ewww.
