Video Series - 3rd installment

And the "Pet Peeves" video series continues!

This week's installment talks about isolation exercises, and how they are a waste of time. Especially if you have little time to begin with - you want to get the most out of your workouts. This video will give you some good substitutions for the one-muscle-at-a-time movements.
Enjoy!

I love the whole video series because it lets me see how things need to be done, not just what needs to be done to get results. The last segment on people developing hunch backs is a perfect example. I totally would've been a huge peeve as I was doing it all the wrong way. Now I know better. Thanks for sharing Kim!

Kim, I really enjoyed watching this video. Thank you for taking the time to put together such an insightful supplement to our trips to the gym. People (including myself) often rely on what they've seen, what they've been told, or previous physical experiences to direct WHAT is done at the gym, a lot of this "time wasting" activity is almost counterproductive and we wouldn't know it unless we hear it from professionals like you (and Rick.) Thank you! You even looked like you were having fun (which is the most important!) I wish we lived closer together so I could learn MORE from you!

Kim YOU ROCK!!! Awesome pull-ups...I can't even do one of those far less repeats!! I now have a goal to work towards. "When I grow up I want to do pull ups JUST like Kim." LOL!! I enjoy our "Pet Peeve" segments. Thank you. Sandra W. :)
