ME... Doing Gymnastics!

Just for kicks!

People have been asking me for EONS about getting a peek at the routines I used to perform in my years as a gymnast. I have piles of old gymnastics VHS tapes that have been sitting in my house, collecting dust. Until now...

After all that procrastinating, I have finally transferred my beloved images into digital ones...

Enjoy the short movie I've put together for ya!

Awesome! Now that I've been doing some crossfit I can appreciate how hard that stuff is and it it truely impressive. I've only been exposed to gymnastics at the Olympic level and they all make it look so easy, like your routines. But like I said I have a new found appreciation for your skill and athletic prowess required for those routines. You rock!

Thanks, you guys! I'm glad you're enjoying the video :) I love watching it, too (memories....)
Karen - yes, I'm still pretty flexible. But partly because I still stretch a lot AND I move through full ranges of motion regularly.

Wow! What can I say that hasn't been already said? How about this, will you start doing your gymnastic pose after the end of each Crossfit workout?
