The Leg Press is a commonly used piece of equipment in commercial gyms.
And I think, when performed correctly, the Leg Press is a great compound lower body exercise for most to add to their repertoire.
But with the amount of times that I see incorrect technique on this specific machine, it's pretty necessary that I add it to my growing list of 'pet peeves' in the gym.
Of course, by now, I hope you've realized that I'm only sharing my pet peeves with all of you in order to help you improve your workouts AND to keep you safe and injury-free! :)
