What is this contest all about, you ask?

Well, starting TODAY, any interested individual has until 11:59pm on Sunday, September 30, 2007 to enter the contest. Anyone can enter – you don’t have to be one of my clients; you don’t have to train at a gym in Long Beach, and you don’t even have to live in California!

There is no cost to join and no need to purchase any of my services.

However, there are a couple of requirements. You do have to submit a few “before” pictures and your “before” measurements (and you must submit them by September 30, 2007). And, you have to be 18 years or older to enter.

Now, those who decide to rise to the challenge and enter the DM Fat Loss Contest will have until January 31, 2008 to lose as much FAT as possible!

Not WEIGHT loss… FAT loss.

I want my contestants to undergo a healthy body transformation. Plus, I want each contestant to have the ability to maintain their results. No liposuction, no starvation, no drugs – no extreme measures of any kind!

Just good, old-fashioned, clean, controlled eating and regular, consistent, effortful exercise.

Post-Contest Details

On January 31, 2008, the Fat Loss Contest officially ends. At this time, there will be a post-contest form to download and complete. Contestants will have until Friday, February 8, 2008 to submit the post-contest form and their “after” photos to kim@deliberatemovement.com. More instructions will be posted as January 31st approaches.

Prize winners will be notified during the 2nd week of February 2008.


Registration Requirements

-Fill out a short registration form, telling us a little bit about yourself

-Submit 4 “before” photos, which reflect your current physique…

1 front view, 1 side view, 1 back view, and an optional image

-Submit your “before” measurements, including:

-girth measurements of the upper arm, chest, waist, abdomen, hips, thigh, and calf

-body composition / body fat measurements, via skinfold measurement or hydrostatic weighing (you will need to consult a fitness professional or personal trainer to perform your measurements correctly)
